You must know that Mozilla is going for the World Record with Firefox 3 downloads.
I was amazed to discover that Lithuania (my homeland) has downloaded Firefox 3 over 320,000+ times! We have 3,000,000 people living here, that means over 10% of citizens must have downloaded Firefox 3. That would be insane. 
Some countries we beat:
Canada - 291,000+
Russia - 121,000+
Australia - 160,000+
Brazil - 230,000+
India - 96,000+
And of course, our Baltic neighbours:
Latvia - 12,000+
Estonia - 13,000+
I'm so proud to be a part of this small cheating nation. ;)

The statistics of 3 million people was in 2002 I think, as a citizen you should know this. Lithuania for now has about 6 millions people.
You aren't true, we have around 1.85 million internet users in Lithuania according to the newest statistics. So why it could be even impossible if 17% of them downloaded Firefox when its popularity in Lithuania is around 20-30% ?? Our biggest news portals were spreading the information about this event all day, so I think every Lithuanian news reader could got involved in the Download Day.
Everything is possible, as I say. You simply DON'T HAVE any evidence or facts about your claims so please don't blame Lithuanians with no reason.

According to Wikipedia the pop is 3,369,600 in 2007, please check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithuania. Of course some people will download more than once - at least for home and office
At least half a million of Lithuanians have emigrated to UK anyway. That rolls the actual count down to 3 mil.
